- Enter your information directly into the contract form.
- Save the updated contract.

AIWC Online Ads
Are you interested in online advertising with the AIWC of Lausanne? If so, please to the following:

- Complete the contract with all of the required information
- Return the completed contract along with all of the following other required information:
- Logo formatted as either a png, tiff, or jpg file with a minimum resolution of 72 dpi or 180 x 120 pixels
- URL of your Website
- Text of 255 characters maximum including spaces and formatting codes

AIWC Newsletter
The monthly AIWC Newsletter is published from September to June and is produced electronically as well as in a standard paper form. December and January run as a combined issue. The newsletter typically comprises between 12 and 20 pages and includes regular columns from various AIWC officers, committee chairs, and activity group leaders.

The newsletter team welcomes photographs from AIWC members. We welcome photos of recent activies, Free Spirit outings, local area coffee gatherings, as well as photos of our regular monthly meetings. If you have something to contribute, please feel free to get in touch with the newsletter team via email at:
Contributing Photos to the Newsletter
If you would like to contribute photographs to the newsletter, please be sure to use the standard jpeg format and email your photos to the above email address as an attachment.
Please note that the deadline for submitting content can vary but is usually the the 5th of the month preceding the publication month (eg. 5th of May for the June issue). Please see the current issue of the newsletter for exact dates.

Each month the AIWC Newsletter is distributed to 500 subscribers. The newsletter accepts advertising and classified listings. Dimensions, rates, and electronic file formats are as follows:

Every advertisement and classified listing must be accompanied by a completed contract. We will not include any kind of advertising in the newsletter without a completed contract; submissions must be by the copy deadline (the 5th of the prior to publication). Every classified must include a contact name in the text of the listing. Please download one of the contracts listed on the right of this Web Page and submit it as directed.
Advertisers will receive a 10% discount for seven or more ads placed during a publishing year.
